• Flexible working hours.
If you have your day job, young children, household to take care of or study to work at, you are still able to do your home based internet business at your convenient time.
• Small capital requirement.
Compared to offline business that requires a lot of money to set up, the home based internet business needs only a small capital to start up.
• Unlimited income potential.
Working for others limit your potential to earn money but home based internet business has unlimited income potential. Many people become millionaires in the internet.
• “Low-cost” labor.
You start your home based internet business by yourself and when it gets bigger, you can seek help from your spouse, teenage children or relatives whom you do not need to pay much.
• Hassle free business.

Since you work from home, you can be workaholic. Nobody is going to stop you from working 24/7. There is no working time framework. You could neglect your family or household works because you are too consumed with your online business.
• Loneliness.
The home based internet business is a lonely place because you do not interact with people face-to-face.
• No immediate result.
It can be very frustrating because you do not see the money immediately. If you follow the wrong coach or program, you even waste time and money.
• Risks.
You do not know who you are dealing with since you do not face him/her so there is a possibility you could be cheated. Many scams happen in the internet.
• Hard work.

You can do several things to increase traffic flow.

Are you looking for something where you can work from home? If so …almost all home-based business have a "start up fee". Some require yearly fees and some are just a one time fee and you're always in the business. The start up fees can be something small ($50-200) and some companies charge a lot up to several thousand dollars but you're getting your money's worth because you're getting products as well.
If you're really serious about looking for something, check this one out, it's a presentation that tells about the company, if you like what you see, you fill the form out and someone will get back in touch with you right away. You just never know what might be the one for you, you just have to shop around. But some are scams and you need to be careful. Shop around, do research and check with the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Check them out to see if they're legit or have complaints.

The requirements vary according to your state. Call the business license office for your county and just ask them if you need a business license to operate an internet store. I live in Georgia, and in my county, you do.

You may need to separate "Internet" and "E-Commerce" into distinctly different roles.
Every business on the planet would benefit from an "Internet" presence, because of the potential mass exposure. The internet allows a business a space to educate its ideal consumer about the companies product and service.
The whole point of being in business is to make and keep customers…so being exposed to as many potential customers as possible, is a massive advantage upgrade.
E-Commerce….I think this is where you are trying to identify a company which would not benefit from "Purchase" transactions over the internet….and again…as I sit here I am having difficulty thinking how this would not benefit any company. If something comes to mind I will edit this.
